These sessions are suitable for everyone – whether you’re a small or large business, new to the travel trade, and using online channels or not. For businesses already experienced, working with the travel trade or online booking channels, this is a great refresher and a chance to discover the latest trends to take your business further. All business sizes and experience welcome.

Session 1: Understanding Travel Trade - 27 November 2025 – 14:00-15:00

Session 2: Travel Trade distribution - 10 December 2025 – 14:00-15:00
- What is traditional travel trade?

Session 3: Digital distribution and visibility - 22 January 2026 - 14:00-15:30
- What is digital travel trade?
- Why digital distribution?

As part of the sessions, a glossary will be provided in advance. You’ll receive templates, checklists, and recordings to help you put your learning into action.
*Free business audits - Additionally, limited places are available for one-to-one business audits and mentoring to those businesses completing the training. To be eligible to apply for one of the 10 initial places available you will need to have attended or watched the three online training sessions by 28 January 2026 and completed an online form (applications will be considered against set criteria). The one-to-one audits will take place online between February and end March 2026 providing each business with tailored support and a bespoke roadmap.
