Visit Wales invites you to a series of three practical, easy-to-follow online training sessions designed to help you learn about new avenues to reach new customers.
This training will help you:
- Understand how the travel trade works and why it matters for your business
- Make the most of distribution channels - tour operators, travel agents, and online platforms, to increase visibility and bookings.
- Gain confidence and discover the latest trends, whether you’re new to the travel trade or simply need a refresher.

TTMentorOne-to-one mentoring opportunity
To be considered for the one-to-one mentoring opportunity, please complete and submit the online application form by 10:00 am 3 February 2026: Business Audit/Mentoring Registration Form
The business audit/mentoring period will take place between early/mid-February to mid/late March 2026 and it will include two pre-arranged calls at the start and end of this period. Please ensure you are available around these dates before submitting your application. If your application is successful, exact dates will be agreed between you and Karin as soon as possible.

To get the full benefit of this training programme, please attend or view the recording of all three online training sessions*.
*Free business audits - Additionally, limited places are available for one-to-one business audits and mentoring to those businesses completing the training. To be eligible to apply for one of the 10 initial places available you will need to have attended or watched the three online training sessions by 28 January 2026 and completed an online form (applications will be considered against set criteria). The one-to-one audits will take place online between February and end March 2026 providing each business with tailored support and a bespoke roadmap.
