The Visit Wales Adventure Activity Assurance Scheme acknowledges the following UK accreditation/assurance schemes on the basis that the process involves an audit of a business, including safety management systems, an observation of an activity(s), and provides feedback following the visit that acknowledges that adventure activity sector ‘good practice’ has been demonstrated, in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the associated Regulations.

NB. Whilst memberships and affiliations of National Governing Bodies, Awarding Bodies, Professional Bodies and your respective competencies may be representative of part of any one of the UK accreditation schemes, they do not constitute being accredited for the purposes of this scheme, as stated above.
