Exhibiting offer
Visit Wales has secured space for up to 9 stands and have negotiated a reduced rate with the organisers as follows:
- £1,800 + VAT, total cost for partner stand
- £900 + VAT (each), option for up to 2 partners only to share and split costs
Please note that the cost of a partner stand does not include travel and subsistence costs. Places are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Package includes
- Furniture: storage cabinet, 2 stools;
- Graphic board: artwork to be provided by exhibitor. Option to bring own banner stands for your 2m x 2m area if you wish instead of providing artwork to print graphic boards;
- Company name fascia board;
- Stand lighting & carpet;
- FREE Wi-fi (available within the hall).

Please note that if you do attend, your stand must be manned all day, with only 2 people at one time.
The British Tourism & Travel Show is a Travel Trade event only and there will be no opportunity to meet direct with consumers. You must have an appropriate Travel Trade friendly product and offer Travel Trade rates (commission/net rates). Any accommodation provider wishing to exhibit must be either Visit Wales or AA graded. Activity providers need to go through the Visit Wales Accreditation Scheme where required.
